• Construction works – Executing all types of construction works – Construction, Architecture, Electricity, Water&Sewage, PVC Waterproof membrane;
• Consulting services – performing consulting and engineering services through inspections and architectural surveying of premises, including existing constructional elements and facility installations.  Preparing digital basis – drawings of architectural plan of the construction works and bill of quantities including:
  • Detailed bill of quantity
  • Material specifications
  • Digital drawings – Architectural plan, including the necessary indications, elevations and dimensions needed for the construction process;
• Preparing the requisite documentation for participation and selection of construction Contractor – Invitation forms,offers, written statements, contract templates, selection criteria;
• Property maintenance – technical part.
